Aurélie Blanz was born in Bavaria in 1973 of a French mother and a German father.
Having always dreamed of being an illustrator, she began her studies in Hamburg, then pursued them in Paris at Arts Déco, from which she graduated in 2002.
Since then, she has enjoyed creating all kinds of decorative objects and stationery.
In addition, she explores the world of textiles and creative games for
children.
Passionate about books for the youth, she published albums in France, in the United Kingdom, in Germany and in the United States.
It is highly important for her to be in contact withher audience. So, maybe you will have the chance to meet her during the workshops that she animates all over France, and also during various book festivals organized in the Hexagon.
Her work is exhibited in Japan and represented by the "Robillard Galerie" in Paris.
