WHO IS MilA ?
"The dreamer" Mila was born on June 9th 1976 in Uherske Hradiste in the Czech Republic.
Her passion for drawing led her to enroll in the Secondary School of Decorative Arts in her hometown. She studied there from 1994 to 1998, discovering engraving and photography.
Once graduated, she decided to change of scenery and came in France, integrating the Grenoble School of Art.
She proposed her first drawings to the Editions des Correspondances. It was the beginning of a long collaboration.
Since 2016, Mila also cooperates with Albatros, a youth editor in the Czech Republic.
The magical world of children always amazes the artist who animates for them drawing classes at the workshop Lez'art in Grenoble.
Apart from the illustration, Mila sprinkles her life with colors thanks to her children, pastry and nature.
